Donovan holds; a Post-Graduate Certificate in Systemic Practice from the Institute of Family Therapy, a psychology degree, a diploma in social work and an MBA. His comprehensive education provides a solid foundation to deliver therapeutic interventions for people struggling with a range of relationship issues or personal development dilemmas.


With over 16 years of experience in social work and senior management within local government in the UK, Donovan has made significant contributions across various London authorities, focusing on acute child protection and family support. For example as the Service Manager for the Access to Resources Team (ART), Donovan oversaw the placements of the most vulnerable children into foster care and specialist children's homes.


In his own entrepreneurial work Donovan has built a successful property management business and an investment advice company which span several countries.


Donovan is half Ugandan and alongside his desire to see increased economic growth in the country he is also keen to develop more robust mental health services and to work to create better understanding of how poor mental health impacts on individual, family life and on the dynamism of the wider economy.
